Bridlington Coach Trip – May 2018
The coach trip on May 16th went very well. The Skills Coach left the village just after 8.30am and we had a comfortable ride to Brid wth a stop on the way. We didn’t have any sunshine, but there no rain either!
The air was very fresh and cool. So cool tht the local coffee shops were very much enjoyed as they were cozy and warm.
The town was generally rather quiet but the fish and chips shop on Queen’s Street was exceptionally busy with many familiar faces from Woodborough. The food was excellent, although some of the customers seemed rather noisy.
There was an interesting train ride along the promenade; all the way to the cricket ground at the cold far north end of town.
The coach left Bridlington at 4pm and we had a comfortable warm journey home with a stop on the way and arrived back safely at 7pm. The driver was kind and helpful but refused to lead the singing on the way back.
